hi
it's so good to be back...
I did not forget about you!
really, I didn't!
I have been a bit busy with the unexpected discovery of a major water leak...
eeeeks
oh NO
this can't be happening
water damage
wood floor damage
really
now
good grief
the source...
my dishwasher!
Friday night I tossed the lid to the tub of frosting into the trash and dug right into fluffy acceptance that my kitchen will be a bit torn up.

Anyhoo, lets not dwell on that and get to the pictures of my laundry room shall we!!!
I still need to attach the french door back onto the hinges...

I had the best time hunting for the right wallpaper!
I knew what I wanted
I searched and search...
&
when I saw this pattern by the fabulous
Thibaut
~my heart did a cartwheel~
it was love at first sight

my sweet Ibex and Mr. Elephant

Hook happiness from Anthropologie!!!
I love how they blend into the paper.

This room is now my absolutely favorite room in the house!
This morning I escaped the noise coming from my torn up kitchen for a sip of hot goodness...
it's here where my son found me...
he quickly jumped right up to join me!!!

Here's to finding happiness and sweetness and a bit of quiet in small spaces!
xoxo,

Pour me a latte and move on over, I'll take the washer, I’m coming over to enjoy your new loveliness.

I'm feeling the need to peruse a few wallpaper books.

Gorgeous Laundry Room! Oooooh...I Love the wall paper!

Speaking of dishwashers...I too discovered a problem with ours when I noticed that a section of our wood floor was buckling. There is a leak in one of the plastic tubes in the dishwasher. Grrrrrr. It makes me sad every time I walk in that area. Good news- I get a new dishwasher. :) It's so time!

Could you be any cuter with your adorable outfit and your giant cup of coffee (I assume you needed that to better deal with the kitchen issues.) Sorry about that by the way!!!!
Definitely hang out in that gorgeous laundry room - it is sure to make anyone feel better :)
