Diving into SuMMeR....

Good Morning my sweets...

How are you?

Can I pour you a glass of Orange Juice?

or

Would you care to have a pot of tea?

Espresso, maybe

I, myself, need my first sip of hot tea

awww, so much better...

okay then

now, that we've got the drink orders out of the way...

lets make ourselves comfy out on the deck to enjoy the morning air and chat the early morning away!

Nothing screams summer like lazy mornings spent sipping a hot/cold drink of choice outside

without the hustle and bustle of getting out the door!

I've been receiving messages about my lack of postings...

I'm so very sorry.

For the last couple of weeks I had one focus...

wrapping up the school year....

trying not to forget where and when I needed to be somewhere

for what child

Award Ceremonies

class play

class picnic

Kindergarten class ice cream social

5TH Grade Promotion Ceremony

&

if that was not enough

kiss darling husband Au Revoir before he jets off to Paris for 7 glorious work days

turn right around

&

dive head first into SUMMER!

I've oodles and oodles of ideas, plans that have been slowly building

I purposely set them aside to soak up the warmth the past weeks have blessed us with

now that they are toasty warm

and I had a chance to exhale

enjoy my morning tea outside verses in the car

I'm more then ready to

get this party started!!!

Welcome Summer 2011....

let the memory making begin!!!!

Feel free to stop by anytime

we are on summer hours here

~that's code for casual, barefoot, no fuss attire!!!!
xoxo,

Wish I were sitting on the deck enjoying the morning sun. But morning rain is taking over. Still enjoying my hot cup of joe! Can't wait to see all your ideas come about!

I've been doing the EXACT same thing. I would say that I've regrettably haven't posted to my blog in over a month, but the truth is, it hasn't been that regrettable. I feel like I've been able to breath and love the leisure associated with summertime.... AND though I have missed your posts, I think we are all in the same frame of mind. So LuLu, I'm clanking my glass with yours toasting to summer and leisure. :-)

P.S. If you are still wanting to do a giveaway sometime let me know. :-) aledom@sbcglobal.net

Hugs,
Amber
