My "treasure" my "find" that had me singing and dancing!
This is it!
My heart stopping item that had me embarrassing my family all over again...
but this time they "knew" there was no stopping my excitement!
Before I show you my "treasure"
I may have to refresh your memories about a dream I have....
You see I've had this "dream" for awhile now...
really thinking it was my eclectic dream that would stay just that,
a dream...
until now!
Yes, it is bit smaller than the big dream
and will be used a bit differently.
But that is completely okay with me!
I am a very flexible person.
I can alter my dream, tweak it here and there and still be absolutely thrilled!
Chippy and rusty...
old and worn...
absolutely perfect to me...
One look at it had me looking at darling husbandwith eyes full of joy...
when I finally "breathed" long enough to articulate my love for this find to him
he surrendered and went in search for the person to pay...
I was not leaving my find...
I gave the kids instructions to guard our new treasure with me
I was willing to whip out my lip gloss and write "SOLD" on it until he returned...
they thought I was nuts...
who would want this old thing!

As my husband was walking back to the car to load my sweet treasure
he was stopped by 4 woman...
as I watched from a far...
they all asked him what he was going to do with this thing
he rattled off how it was going to be used...
and they all ohhhhhed and aaahhhed
I was so proud of him!
he turned around to me after they all got into their cars to drive off
and we just smiled at each other..
no words were needed...
the understanding was perfectly clear...
"thank you, I told you it was cool!"

Adding an eclectic flair to my outdoor retreat...just the way i like it...
Ready for it's first outdoor party filled with refreshing beverages!
